Envirotest Systems Holdings Corp. Completes Sale of ESP, Inc.

Envirotest Systems Holdings Corp. (ESHC), parent company of Envirotest Systems Corp. (Envirotest) and Environmental Systems Products, Inc. (ESP) announced today that it has completed the sale of 100% of its ESP shares to Opus US, Inc. ESP provides equipment and services in open market decentralized vehicle emissions testing programs in the U.S., Mexico and Ontario, Canada.
ESHC, operating under the ?Envirotest? brand name, will continue to operate and manage all eight of their North American centralized emissions inspection programs. The company will provide program management and vehicle information database services in both centralized and decentralized vehicle emissions testing markets and will continue its focus on expanding the use of its unique Remote Sensing Device (RSD) technology across the world.
